// firecracker microvms · sqlite-native · eu-hosted
SLEEPS LIKE A SERVER. WAKES LIKE A FUNCTION.
Your app runs in a real Linux microVM with a real SQLite database — and costs nothing while it sleeps. A request arrives, it wakes in milliseconds. No containers to babysit, no Postgres to provision, no YAML. Deploy and forget.
This page is the demo._
The number below is not a screenshot. Your browser just called a real app in a real Firecracker microVM on our Helsinki metal. If it was asleep, you woke it.
→ TLS → edge proxy → microVM → back
(warm snapshot, measured)
suspended → HTTP 200
@ 2,000 writes/s soak
disaster drill, 272 MB DB
measured, not marketed — every number above comes from our public acceptance runs.
Three commands. Zero config._
Deploy
Push a zip. We build a microVM image with your runtime, your code and a private SQLite database baked in.
Sleep
120 seconds of silence and your VM is snapshotted to local NVMe. RAM cost: zero. Your data stays put.
Wake
A request hits your subdomain and the snapshot resumes in ~14 ms — faster than a cold Postgres connection.
Built for AI apps that bill by the token,
not by the idle hour._
~14ms scale-to-zero
Real Firecracker snapshots on local NVMe. The hot path never touches the network — that's a constitutional rule in our codebase, not a slide.
SQLite, seriously
Every app gets its own SQLite with WAL, smart batching (16k writes/s sustained) and continuous replication to object storage. RPO ≤ 3 seconds, proven in drills.
Limits that never wake you
Rate limits and quotas are enforced at the edge. An abusive burst gets 429s; your VM keeps sleeping and your bill stays at zero.
WebSockets & always-on
Streaming LLM responses, live dashboards, AIS feeds — flip auto_stop=off and your daemon runs 24/7 in the same VM.
Your data is never hostage
It's a SQLite file. Download it whenever you want, byte for byte. Leaving should be as easy as arriving — that's the point.
EU metal, EU law
Bare-metal in Falkenstein & Helsinki. GDPR-native, no US cloud in the data path. Your users' data stays on this side of the ocean.
The boring promises._
No surprise bills. Limits stop you with a 429 or 402 before a single cent surprises you. Usage is visible in real time.
No data hostage. One click exports your entire database. Point-in-time restore is self-service, not a support ticket.
Honest numbers. 99.5% in beta, 99.9% at GA, RPO ≤ 60 s / RTO ≤ 15 min on host loss. We publish the drills that prove it.
Private beta.
10 seats. AI startups first.
We onboard founders one by one — your first deploy happens in a call with the person who built the platform.
